INGREDIENT
  • 4 Sausages (I used 2 hotdogs, 2 pre-cooked chicken sausages)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Oil of Your Choice
  • 1 Cup Almond Meal
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp. Ms. Dash Table Blend
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

DIRECTION:
  1. Mix together your almond meal and spices.
  2. Mix your egg, heavy cream and baking powder into the mixture.
  3. In a sauce pan, heat 1 1/2 Cup Oil to 400F.
  4. Dip your hotdogs and/or sausages into the mixture.
  5. Drop them into the oil, completely coated in batter.
  6. Fry on each side for about 2 minutes per side.
  7. Remove and rest on paper towels to get rid of excess grease.
